About the event
Come Dance!
To sign up to the mailing list send an old-fashioned email: comedancestroud(@)gmail.com, it works wonders. If you don't hear from me you might have gotten lost in spam, so please write again or tell me in person.
Come as you are; partner or not, dance however you want, unapologetically, you. Free yourself, explore, pray, express, make art through dance.
Drop into this dance movement practice space, passionately and compassionately held, so that you can express and let all that needs to move through you. Creatively dance you.
Providing enough safety, facilitation and delicious music to nourish your dance journey in good company. For me this is dance therapy, and you're welcome.
