Trinity Rooms Team
The Trinity Rooms are leased from the church by registered charity Stroud Earth Community (SEC). The day-to-day business of running the Rooms is overseen by the Core Group.

Phoebe runs the Trinity Rooms website, including listing and updating events, and creating the monthly What's On At Trinity Rooms bulletin.

Secretary, trustee & member of the Core Team
Fran Mosley
Fran's main focus is on the Community Pantry, helping it run smoothly; she liaises with other local hubs as part of NoSH, the Network of Stroud Hubs. At Trinity she acts as a ‘memory’ for other very busy people, helping keep issues on the agenda until they are resolved.

Community Development
Sam Mincher
Sam's role at the Trinity Rooms is to help engage a wide range of people in our activities, and ensure the services provided are accessible for the diverse communities we have here in Stroud.

Community Development
June Clarke
June started working on community development at Trinity in November 2024. She is passionate about including disadvantaged people in the community. June also supports volunteers at Trinity.

Safeguarding lead, Health Hub lead, trustee & member of the Core Team
Sarah Ann Frazer
Sarah is community and well-being lead for Earth Protector Communities where the roots of the Trinity Rooms Community Hub lie. She focuses particularly on liaising with other local and national bodies with similar aims to ours, and on helping improve communications and systems within Trinity.

Maintenance support, member of the Core Team & lead on fire safety
Tomasz Brygola
Tom puts up shelves and coat hooks, and deals with other maintenance tasks. He also keeps an eye on goings-on at the Friday cafe, helping to keep people safe.

Manager of the Trinity Rooms & member of the Core Team
Josie Cowgill
Josie takes bookings for the Rooms and takes a lead in looking after the building; she also cooks for the Friday cafe and other events that take place here.

Tech support, Atelier lead, trustee & member of the Core Team
Katharina Child
Kat has integrated Atelier into Trinity. She is very excited about Repair cafes and any community building activities. At Trinity she is involved with many things – including the Atelier craft club and the Repair and Eco Café. She also manage the website and support everyone with IT.

Legal adviser, fundraiser & trustee
James Millar
James worked as a solicitor and takes a lead at Trinity on legal and governance matters. He is involved in financial planning, lease negotiations with our landlords (the Trustees of Trinity Church), and supports the Trinity team in managing the growth of SEC.

Food coordinator for NoSH (Network of Stroud Hubs)
Annie Page
Annie is an experienced gleaner and is working with local food growers, makers and suppliers to find a home for their surplus, supplying the Stroud food hubs – including the Trinity Community Pantry.

Book-keeper, fund-raiser, trustee & member of the Core Team
Vicky Redstone
Vicky manages the book-keeping and payroll, and volunteers at the Friday Cafe. She also works in the Finance, Legal and Governance group, and Human Resources.

Carol helps make the Rooms a safe and pleasant place to be.

Robin is leading light in The RYSE, which aims to build a radical educational space for youth organisers.

Maria-Carin is experienced in community catering, and in making nutritious, tasty meals from what would otherwise be waste food.

Kevin Ashby
Kevin has experience with national grant-giving bodies and advises Trinity on financial and legal matters. He works with the legal/financial team, and helps out generally with shopping, clearing
up, compost disposal and strategic planning.

George Vigileos
George was director of Earth Protector Communities, the organisation that gave rise to The Trinity Rooms project. He is involved in various aspects of the organisation, including the Friday Cafe and using his carpentry skills to help out with all kinds of maintenance and construction tasks.

Simon Jacobson
Simon joined SEC as a trustee in November 2023 - he has worked in the co-operative and social enterprise world for many years and is currently a
Stroud Town Councillor for Trinity Ward. At Trinity Rooms he works with the legal/financial team and
Human Resources, and is supporting our sociocratic processes.
