Creative Journaling for Mothers
Join Athene from the Stroud Motherhood Collective in the Base room at Trinity Rooms, Stroud for a x5 week course of evening creative journaling circles. We will explore using collage, writing, paint and mark making as a way to express our thoughts and feelings on the page. No creative experience necessary!
Each week we'll start with a check in sharing circle: a chance to speak (as much or as little as you'd like!) and to listen. Then we'll move into creative journaling using a range of materials and techniques. The sessions include guided prompts and no previous experience is necessary. At the end of the session you have the opportunity to share a little about what you've made that week, if you'd like to.
You also have the opportunity to join a WhatsApp group for members of the circle to keep in touch throughout the course…
