Autumn calls forward truth and descent into our bodies. It invites us to speak our truest voice with ease and clarity.
The day will include a somatic flow yoga class, a relaxing yin yoga class, mystical poetry, intuitive dance, and consciously cooked plant-based lunch.
This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, and re-connect to the teachings of the natural environment and your very own body.
The yoga classes are suitable for all levels.
