Join kintsugi artist Clara Bethell-Sacks for this relaxed and enjoyable workshop where you can complete your own gorgeous kintsugi repair, working either on your piece or one from a selection provided. 

Starting with a discussion of the practical process and exploration of the various tools and materials involved, you will be supported to reconstruct your piece using modern epoxy, overpainting the repair with traditional Japanese lacquer and finishing to a stunning shine with fine brass powder urushi.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and the ticket covers all materials in the cost. If you aren’t sure if your piece is suitable please do send Clara a picture and she’ll let you know.
