Low Waste Cookery Course
Did you know, around 4.5million tonnes of food is thrown away by households in the UK every year and most of it could have been eaten?
Our low food waste cookery course looks at how we can reduce food waste and save money at the same time. It has been designed to provide inspiration on how to re-purpose these ingredients to produce tasty food that you want to eat, and help reduce the amount of food waste.
We will:
Learn to make delicious recipes using everyday ingredients that often get wasted.
Learn how to minimise wasted food.
