Sociocracy Training

We are offering free training session on how we operate as an orgainsation. Both to let new people know how we work but also to continue improving how we work together building our community at Trinity Rooms.

Dick Baker will lead the main part of the session around sociocracy. There will be practical elements to the session. Nigel Westaway will end the session on some tips on facilitation. 

We are aiming to run these session several times during the year and hope we get people joining again and again. 

On a wider perspective, we hope this training will support a better connected democratic conversation in our local and wider community in Stroud.
