Sociocracy Training

We are offering free training sessions on how we operate as an organisation. Both to let new people know how we work so you more easily can take part but also to continue improving how we work together building our community at Trinity Rooms. 

Dick Baker will lead the main part of the session around sociocracy. There will be practical elements to the session. We are aiming to run these sessions several times during the year and hope we get people joining again and again. 

On a wider perspective, we hope this training will support a better connected democratic conversation in our local and wider community in Stroud. Welcome to join if you are curious about Sociocracy and/or Trinity Rooms
