Gladey & Sophie are delighted to be holding another Winter Breathing Space in Stroud on Sunday 19th January 2025 at Stroud Trinity Rooms Community Hub.
Our Breathing Space sessions are a morning of grounding & balancing Hatha Flow Yoga & heartwarming & uplifting Harmony Singing.
Hot drinks and delicious homemade cakes provided in the break.
