Winter Breathing Space
Our Winter Breathing Space session is an opportunity to pause and ground yourself with the enriching and nourishing practices of Hatha Flow Yoga and Harmony Singing.
Our sessions run with a focus on nature, peace and wellbeing. We welcome you to join us.
