We are thrilled to share some exciting developments at Trinity Rooms! As part of our commitment to serving our community better, we've recently expanded our team with three fantastic new people. This growth marks an important milestone in our journey and enhances our ability to support our community in meaningful ways.

Expanding Our Community Impact
Our recent expansion includes the creation of a dedicated Community Development team, bringing on board Sam Mincher and June Clarke, who together bring a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to our organisation. This new team will help us realise our vision of reaching deeper into our community, offering space, friendship, and support to an even wider range of people.
Additionally, to ensure our beloved historic building receives the care it deserves, we've welcomed Ian Mudge as our Facilities Coordinator. His diverse skill set is already proving invaluable as he tackles the many aspects of maintaining and improving our space.
Meet Our New Team Members
Sam Mincher - Community Development Team
Sam brings a passionate commitment to community wellbeing and inclusivity to Trinity Rooms. Having previously experienced our Friday café as a guest, Sam was drawn to join our team after witnessing firsthand the vibrant energy that makes our space special. With extensive experience supporting marginalised communities and a keen eye for organisational efficiency, Sam is already working on ways to enhance our impact and ensure our services remain welcoming to everyone.
June Clarke - Community Development Team
June's impressive background in housing and public service spans her entire career, with a particular focus on supporting disadvantaged individuals including those experiencing homelessness, substance use challenges, and individuals transitioning from prison or care. Her commitment to putting service users' needs first aligns perfectly with our values. June's journey to Trinity Rooms began through her volunteer work with Mindsong and a creative vision for an allotment mentoring scheme, eventually leading her to discover our organisation through SVP newsletters.
Ian Mudge - Facilities Coordinator
Ian joins us with a fascinating and diverse background that includes engineering work across the globe (including time on a dive boat at the Great Barrier Reef!), 25 years in education as a teacher and headteacher, and experience as a school governor. More recently, Ian has run his own handyman business and serves as a Justice of the Peace in Bristol Family courts. His combination of practical skills and community-minded approach makes him an ideal fit for managing our historic building's needs.
Looking Forward
These new appointments represent more than just additional staff members – they symbolise our commitment to growing and evolving as an organisation while staying true to our core mission of serving our community. Each new team member brings unique skills and perspectives that will help us enhance our services and reach more people in meaningful ways.
Next time you visit Trinity Rooms, please join us in giving Sam, June, and Ian a warm welcome. Their presence marks an exciting new chapter in our organisation's story, and we can't wait to see how their contributions will help shape our future.
