Would you like to join the vibrant Stroud Trinity Rooms team? We are looking for an experienced part-time cleaner o maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment throughout the community hub for visitors, staff, volunteers, and community groups. The Cleaner plays an important role in ensuring the facilities are presented to a high standard at all times.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and polishes surfaces and floors as appropriate, emptying bins and disposing of waste, cleaning and sanitising toilets and replenishing consumables, reporting any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the facilities coordinator or hub coordinator, and using cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
Previous cleaning experience is essential (preferably in a professional or similar environment), as is attention to detail, time management, good communication skills, and flexible availability (hours many vary depending on hub bookings). We are looking or somebody reliable, punctual and trustworthy with an understanding of hygiene and health and safety standards, and ideally local to the Trinity Rooms.
4 hours per week split between 2-4 shifts (flexible). Pay is £15 per hour, and the job is on a self-employed basis. The role may include early morning, evenings, and often weekend shifts; cleaning equipment will be provided.
